Whipped feta with Women's Work ripe tomato dip

INGREDIENTS:

Persian Feta (we used Yarra Valley Dairy), whipped by hand or in processor
Red onion, sauteed
WW ripe tomato relish
Roasted almonds, crushed
Parsley, finely chopped
Cherry vine tomatoes, roasted
Basil leaves, garnish
Toasted bread, to serve
METHOD:
1. Oven roast cherry vine tomatoes.
2. Thinly slice red onion and sauté.
3. Whip Persian feta until smooth and spread onto serving plate or board.
4. Add sauteed onions evenly over the feta followed by a generous helping of Women's Work Ripe Tomato Relish.
5. Sprinkle crushed almonds and parsley over the top.
6. Top with roasted cherry tomatoes and basil leaves to garnish.
7. Serve with toasted bread or crackers.
