We’re lucky to call one of Sydney’s most beautiful growing regions home. Much of our produce we grow ourselves, and what we can’t grow we source from local growers just down the road. Every batch is slow cooked with deep intention - no shortcuts, no artificial anything.

Faced with an uninspiring lineup of mass-produced, artificial relish, we gave up searching for a convenient replica of the relish our great-grandmother once made. Instead, we turned to the wisdom of our foremothers, resurrecting Granny Ida’s master recipes to preserve them - and share the authentic, handcrafted taste of what relish should truly be.
