Grilled prawn witlof cups with Women's Work Spicy Green Tomato Relish

Method:
Season butterflied prawn cutlets with crushed mixed peppercorns and grill.
Place witlof leaves onto a serving platter and build witlof cups with cucumber, red capsicum, red onions and pineapple.
Add dollops of WW spicy green relish over the top and garnish with chives and dill.
Place grilled prawn onto each witlof lettuce cup.
