Caramelised Onion GRANDE is a 330g jar of slow cooked onion relish, made by caramelising fresh Australian onions in premium local oil, then balancing them with bold balsamic vinegar and brown sugar.

This is not your typical sweet onion jam. Expect deep, smoky, balsamic notes and a sweet (but not too sweet) finish, with generous chunky cut onion in every spoonful. Outstanding with blue cheese, and the hero of burgers, steak sandwiches, sausage rolls and gourmet pizzas. Handcrafted in small batches in the Hawkesbury region of NSW, naturally gluten free and vegan.
