Glenys This delicious tangy-tart relish pairs really well with so many foods - ham/pork, chicken/turkey, many greens (zucchini/broccoli/asparagus/peas/beans), capsicum, sweet potato, fried mushrooms (with lots of butter & extra grinds of black pepper not negotiable) & surprisingly great with many cheeses, especially haloumi (who'd have thought!) Such a versatile relish, perfect if you love raining lemon over food when lemons aren't on hand. Very tasty!
