Caramelised Onion is a slow cooked onion relish, made by caramelising fresh Australian onions in premium local oil, then balancing them with bold balsamic vinegar and brown sugar.

This is not your typical sweet onion jam. Expect deep, smoky, balsamic notes and a sweet (but not too sweet) finish, with generous chunky cut onion in every spoonful. Outstanding with blue cheese, and the hero of burgers, steak sandwiches, sausage rolls and gourmet pizzas. Handcrafted in small batches in the Hawkesbury region of NSW, naturally gluten free and vegan.

Burgers, steak sandwiches, sausage rolls, sausages and gourmet pizzas, and it is outstanding with blue cheese or simply cheese and crackers. The onion is generous and chunky cut, which is exactly how its fans like it.

Caramelised Onion Relish comes in two jar sizes. The 115g Petite holds around 11 serves, perfect for hampers, gifts and grazing tables. The 330g Grande is our full pantry size with around 33 serves (a serve is 10g, about two teaspoons), one of our most loved flavours. After something bigger? Unopened, it keeps for 2 years from the date of manufacture, and the best before date is printed on every jar. Store unopened jars in a cool, dark place like the pantry. Once opened, keep the jar in the fridge and enjoy it within 30 days.
