Lemon Pepper Relish GRANDE is a 330g jar of preserved lemon and black pepper relish, a complex, five dimensional flavour that hits sweet, bitter, sour, salty and umami at once.

It suits adventurous cooks who treat a relish as an ingredient, not just a condiment. Hand ground black peppercorns and preserved lemon give it depth that transforms dishes: stir it into bolognese, rub it over roast lamb, marinate fish, or toss it through pasta with prawns and olive oil.
